I love school when :

191. The history teacher organises for my grandparent to visit the class to talk about life in the olden days. My grandfather is so nervous at the start of the talk.  But the kids love him.

weakbladder192. A friend shares their recess with me. (I wish I had sweet strawberries every day.)

193. The teacher calls out somebody’s name to go and see the headmaster, and the whole class goes ‘Woooh’ in a perfect chorus. Even the teacher smiles.

194. I stay away from school because the class is making toolboxes for Father’s Day. The next day I tell the teacher that I have no dad and my uncle is away. But still, he has made me a toolbox, and he says I should give it to my mum or grandmother, but fill it with flowers or cans of drink.

195. You can’t find your lunch money so you tell the teacher and he/she gives you some of their lunch. (The bread is stale and the food is bland, but it is the thought that counts.)
